Section 1: London PHV driver licensing
Who can get a London PHV driver licence and the rules that come with it. 35 practice questions, each with an explanation.
What section 1 covers
- Who can apply: age 21 or over, a full driving licence held for at least three years, the right to live and work in the UK, an enhanced DBS check and the DVLA Group 2 medical standard.
- The Topographical Skills Assessment and the English requirement, including how SERU covers reading and writing.
- Your licence, the letter that comes with it and any conditions, plus wearing and looking after your badge.
- Medical checks by age, changes you must report to TfL (address, convictions, arrests, disqualification) and what happens if a licence is suspended or revoked.
